Booking conditions

The customer can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival from 08/07 to 26/08, and up to 5 days before arrival in other periods.

Credit card booking conditions

The facility will charge the total amount of the stay 14 or 5 days before arrival. Cancellation of the reservation after 14 or 5 days from the start date of the stay or interruption of the stay does not entitle the guest to any refund and the guest is required to pay the full amount.

Terms of booking with bank transfer

The customer is required to pay in advance 30% of the reservation within 7 days of the reservation. Failure to pay the deposit by the deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation. The balance must be transferred within 14 or 5 days before arrival. Failure to pay the balance within the terms may cause cancellation of the reservation. Cancellation of the reservation after 14 or 5 days from the start date of the stay or interruption of the stay will not result in any refund.
