GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Camping Free Beach.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Camping Free Beach, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Camping Free Beach sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Camping Free Beach in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Camping Free Beach promises to send the client a confirmation e-mail.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reservation becomes binding for our structure only at the moment of the reception of the deposit payment receipt or the data from the credit card onto wich effectue the authorized withdrawal.

Payment of a deposit, using credit card must be made only after getting a confirmation from the menagement

100,00 euro deposit is requested which is refundable on the day of departure.

Arrival (check-in): Pitches and bungalows are available after 16.00, and before and not later 20.00 (in any case, the baggage can be left previously).


Departure (Check-out):
Pitches must be left by entro le 12.00 of the leaving day.
Bungalows and apartments must be left by entro le 10.00 of the leaving day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of the booking, the whole amount of the deposit will not be refunded.

Places reserved are handed over from 16.00 to 20.00 hrs. of the arrival date. On the contrary, you loss your deposit and the right to have a pitch or a Bungalow

Clients must pay for their full reserved period even in case of an anticipate departure

Any case of subletting will result to an immediate expulsion

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution and/or to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Camping Free Beach, is legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Pisa.
